H. Keith Wang: founding member of the firm has practiced in the area of general tax since 1983. Keith is certified in New York as well as New Jersey and is a member of AICPA, NYSCAP as well as NJSCPA. He has managed the wide range of practice with emphasis in closely held corporation.  Tax and accounting issues are looked at from the perspective of owner operators as well as employees. Prior to opening the practice Keith worked for major US corporations in the financial analysis area and operated closely held corporations in retail. He graduated NYU with MBA and Rutgers college with Masters in mathematics. Fluent in Japanese and Chinese.
